ABOUT

Kieran Mogg (born 16/08/1997) is a British presenter, pit lane reporter, commentator, production assistant, camera operator and content creator from Wolverhampton, England. In his career, Kieran has presented, filmed and covered motoring and motorsport events across the world. He has presented prestige motorsport events such as the Race of Remembrance, 750 Motor Club, The Irish Kart Grand Prix and the British Kart Championships. Since 2022, he has been a regular camera operator, presenter and production assistant for live broadcast company Alpha Live. Additionally, he’s contributed to magazines in the UK and Australia simultaneously and reported on behalf of Britcar.

Kieran grew up in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, where his passion for everything cars began in early adolescence. From the age of 8, Kieran knew he wanted to work within the automotive broadcast industry. From age 14, Kieran began writing about cars on websites, creating small videos and presented youtube videos. At age 16, he left school to complete a Diploma of Creative Media to further his knowledge and experience of media planning and production. Following a few years of travelling, Kieran set up The Wheel Geeks with a friend in 2018 to help gain access to automotive and motorsport events, enabling him to meet people in the industry.

In 2019, Kieran traveled to Australia for a ‘gap year’, but ended up spending the majority of it at race tracks as a reporter on behalf of The Wheel Geeks. He was a regular at TCR Australia and Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, but also spent some time at the 2019 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix. It was at these events Kieran made his first contacts in the industry from multiple large motorsport news outlets, eventually writing for Auto Action. It was around this time, Kieran was given a 3-page special in the August 2019 edition of Classic Motoring magazine in the UK, writing about affordable classic cars for younger people.

Kieran returned to the UK in early 2020. Unfortunately, everything was put on hold during covid and personal circumstances meant he wasn’t able to resume his career pursuit until late-2021.

In 2022, Kieran took on freelance work with HotCars as a news writer and Alpha Live as a camera operator. Going into 2023, he was given his first official presenting duties at the 2023 Irish Kart Grand Prix at Nutts Corner Circuit in Northern Ireland and also presented for British Kart Championships, an Anglesey 24 Hour feature and the Race of Remembrance in the following months.

Into 2024, Kieran took part in the production of 5 European winter series events at tracks including Estoril, Portimao, Barcelona and Valencia. Shortly after this, he was added to the 750 Motor Club commentary team in the role of Pit Lane Presenter and has garnered a reputation in the paddock as an energetic and knowledgable screen presence.

Later in 2024, Kieran would be given his first official commentating duties at the Whilton Mill Kart Club and spent the off-season commentating on sim racing with HSR Motorsport.

Going into 2025, Kieran had gone full-time self employed under Kieran Mogg Media and has a number of confirmed clients in the pipeline.
